Repeat prescriptions can be obtained by:
- handing in your request slip at reception
- posting it to us with a stamped addressed envelope
- posting it into the secure mailbox on our Corporation Street entrance outside normal opening hours.

Please allow 48 hours for your request to be processed
Unfortunatley we are unable to deal with telephone requests for repeat prescriptions.
Some local pharmacies run collection services, please ask you pharmacy for details.
