Online Nurse appointments

The practice is now offering additional online booking with the practice nurses and health care assistants for the following types
of appointment only:
• Asthma
• Smears
• Blood tests
All appointments types are shown clearly when you book online. Please do not book into these appointments for any other reason
as the nursing team will not be able to see you and you will need to book another appointment with the appropriate clinician.
