Telephone System Improvements

We would like to apologise if you have been having difficulty in contacting the practice by telephoneOver the last 12 months we have been working closely with our current telephone provider to try to find solutions to address issues with the phones to enable easier access for patients. This has not been possible and we have made arrangements to move to a NEW TELEPHONE SYSTEM. This change was initially due to happen in March 2021 but due to issues with supply of hardware and migration dates this has been changed to mid JUNE 2021. We are moving to a telephone system that is supported by Leeds CCG and used by over 50% of practices across Leeds.
