Non-urgent advice: Letter to our Patients Regarding Appointments
General practice is busier now than it has ever been for a multitude of reasons. These are challenging times for the practice and our patients, and we recognise that many of you have had difficulties accessing appointments.
We would like to share some suggestions with you about how you can work in partnership with us to make sure all patients get the care they need. All our staff care very much about the service we provide and being able to care for our patients. We are doing all we can in the current difficult circumstances.
