Merger Involvement Report

Fountain Medical Centre and Morley Health Centre have submitted an application to NHS West Yorkshire Integrated Care Board (ICB) to merge both practices onto one site at Fountain Medical Centre. This will ensure the future ability to deliver high quality primary care to our patients.
